Privacy notice
Last updated October 6, 2026
This notice explains how Vendorpass Inc. uses website analytics on vendorpass.ca. We will update it as we add features that handle personal information.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site: which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and roughly where they are (city or region level). We use this to improve our content and product. We do not use it for advertising, we have turned off Google signals and ad personalization, and we do not sell this information.
Google Analytics collects:
- pages viewed, time on page and the page that referred you
- device, browser and operating system type
- approximate location derived from your IP address (Google does not store the IP address itself)
- a random identifier stored in a cookie, so repeat visits can be counted
Google processes this information on our behalf and may store it on servers outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country. Google describes its practices at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_*, which last up to two years. If you turn analytics off, the site stops setting these cookies and sends only cookieless signals that cannot be linked to your visits.
Your choice
You can turn analytics off for this browser at any time. Your choice is saved on this device. You can also block cookies in your browser settings or install Google's opt-out browser add-on.
